Last Day to Vote for Citizen’s Choice Award is Approaching

Voting closes Thursday, September 17 for the Citizen’s Choice Award, which will honor one of the 31 finalists of this year’s C40 & Siemens City Climate Leadership Awards. Nearly 40,000 people worldwide have cast their votes to date. If you haven’t yet voted, make sure your voice is heard!

The winning project that garners the most public votes will be announced at a formal awards ceremony in New York on September 22nd, along with winners in each of ten categories that will be chosen by an independent panel of judges.

Anyone can cast a vote in the Citizen’s Choice Award for any city project they like. The list of contenders represents innovative urban projects that have significant potential for environmental impact. The Citizen’s Choice Award voting process is your chance to make your voice heard on which of these projects deserves recognition as a leader among their city peers.
