Lic. Magdalena Zapata de la Cueva
Ms. Zapata de la Cueva has a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, with a specialization in Food Technology from La Salle University as well as a Master’s Degree in Senior Management from Anáhuac University. Her career began at Procter & Gamble, where she held various positions in the Marketing Area, from 1992-1998. In Sara Lee Branded Apparel, she entered as Director of Marketing and held various roles in Marketing, Strategic Planning, and Sales during the next seven years. In 2005, she joined Grupo Danone as Director of Marketing of Bonafont, until 2008. From 2009 to 2010, she served as Vice President of Marketing for Pepsi Bottling Company, now part of the Pepsi Group. She has been Director of Business Development and Marketing in Latin America for CHEP, the Australian logistics company with a presence in 53 countries worldwide. Magda is the President of the "Mexican Association of Executive Women" that was created 12 years ago. This year she was invited to form part of the Mexican Delegation for the "WOMEN'S FORUM- For the Economy & Society" in France, the most important forum for the development and promotion of women worldwide.
Mtra. Ximena Renjifo Zambrano
Ms. Renjifo Zambrano holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Communications from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Colombia. Currently, she is Director of Corporate Affairs, Communications and Sustainability for Mexico and the Hispanic Region of L’Oréal México. In addition, she has studied musicology at the Sorbonne in Paris. In DIAGEO she worked as Manager of Performance, Evaluation and Strategy of Corporate Relations, Head of Strategic Projects for Western Europe, Director of Corporate Relations Andean Region, and Manager of Corporate Relations. In her native country, Colombia, she worked as Senior Advisor for International Affairs of the National Financial Intelligence Unit, Principal Advisor of Internal and External Communications in the National Office of Taxes and Customs, and as a Consultant of the United Nations Development Program.
