Constant Alarcon

Constant is C40’s Head of Energy Strategy and Implementation. In this role, he serves as the primary technical expert on energy at C40, and he helps cities deliver initiatives to increase low-carbon electricity supply, decarbonise heating, cooling and cooking and test innovative approaches to accelerate the transition to the clean, decentralised and digitised energy systems of the future. He oversees a range of regional programmes as well as the global Clean Energy Network. Constant has over 10 years’ of experience working on campaigns and programmes supporting the decarbonisation of energy systems and sustainable urbanisation.
