Jemimah serves as the Senior Governance Manager in C40’s Corporate Services team, based out of the London office.
Jemimah is responsible for leading C40’s global corporate governance compliance and processes for the C40 Group of companies, and managing a variety of legal, risk and compliance requirements where C40 operates and is registered. As part of her role, Jemimah leads the establishment of new entities where needed and manages the board processes for each local board.
Following a decade-long career in professional and financial services, Jemimah worked as a freelance governance consultant prior to joining C40 and is completing an MSc in Global Governance and Emerging Powers from the University of London.
Jemimah is a chartered governance professional and company secretary with a BA in Accounting and Law, and a Climate Reality Leader for The Climate Reality Project, a non-profit organisation that is involved in education and advocacy related to climate change.
