As Urban Nature Project Officer, Lam supports the overall planning, coordination, and delivery of C40’s Urban Nature programme, in particular the Urban Nature Accelerator.
Before joining C40, Lam supported the integration of climate resilience and green growth into local climate action plans at UN-Habitat Myanmar. She has also delivered research consultancy services on a range of topics to Economist Impact and Global Nation, supported sustainable development initiatives at the Embassy of Finland in Vietnam, and led a climate advocacy campaign at the Loss and Damage Youth Coalition.
Originally from Vietnam, Lam grew up in Finland and has lived, studied, and worked across three continents. She holds an MSc in International City Planning from UCL and a BA in Sociology from Colorado College.
