Neo serves as the Executive Director’s Office (EDO) Coordinator at C40. In this position she is responsible for the day-to-day team operations within the EDO and Governance department, ensuring all necessary infrastructure is in place to share information efficiently within the team as well as with C40 colleagues and stakeholders. Neo also supports the coordination of C40 Board and Steering Committee processes, strategic funder engagement, and coordinates all internal communications.
Before joining C40, Neo worked for GenderCC Southern Africa (Women for Climate Justice) and interned at Doctors Without Borders (MSF) Southern Africa. In her respective roles, she supported and coordinated various research and advocacy activities focused on affordable medicine access and the gender-climate change nexus.
Neo holds a BA Honours degree in International Relations from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa.
