Pepe manages C40’s Walking and Cycling Network, which supports cities around the globe to unlock the potential of active mobility.

Pepe brings over a decade of experience working across the consulting industry, government agencies and international organizations. Prior to joining C40, Pepe worked at Transport for London (TfL), where he was leading the update of the London Cycling Action Plan setting a vision for cycling in post-pandemic London. Before joining TfL, Pepe was based in the international development team at ICF in London, where he worked on projects in urban resilience, disaster risk management and spatial planning. While at ICF, Pepe was involved in projects supporting earthquake reconstruction and resilience in Nepal, proposing recommendations to the spatial system to reform the urban planning system in the Kyrgyz Republic, and supported the UK government in designing a global £80 million investment in urban development.

Pepe holds a Master’s in Urban Policy from the London School of Economics and Sciences Po, and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from Sciences Po.
