Roulin manages a portfolio of Zero Emission Vehicle projects at C40, and working alongside the ZEV project officer, oversees the delivery of the Zero Emission Vehicle Network. In her role, Roulin supports cities willing to decarbonise their transport sector and move away from polluting motorized transportation modes to clean alternatives.
Roulin’s professional background is in environmental science and policy, with a focus on air quality and climate change. Prior to joining C40, Roulin worked as the Electric Vehicle Policy Lead at the Greater London Authority (GLA) supporting London’s transition to a zero emission city. Before GLA, Roulin worked as a Senior Air Quality Officer at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs advising government and local authorities on developing Clean Air Zones, and prior to this role she worked in academia on the impacts of Earth’s geosystems on climate change in the UK, the South Atlantic, and the Amazon Rainforest.
Roulin holds a PhD in Environmental Geochemistry from Imperial College London.
