Siobhan serves as Programme Manager for the Climate Action Planning Programme in North America, within the Measurement and Planning Team. In this role, she provides technical assistance to help North American cities develop Paris Agreement compliant climate action plans. She is based in New Orleans, where she previously served as the FUSE Executive Fellow for Climate Action to the City of New Orleans to develop and launch the city’s first climate action plan, 50% by 2030: Climate Action for a Resilient New Orleans. Prior to joining C40, Siobhan developed and implemented a variety of programs and policies for community-based sustainability and resilience around the U.S. She coordinated working groups for the Clinton Global Initiative focused on advanced energy, circular economy and housing for U.S. cities and the Caribbean; led education and outreach at the Center for Sustainable Energy working with cities and utilities on energy and electric vehicle programs including California’s statewide education program for energy management; and launched solar schools projects throughout the country with the Bonneville Environmental Foundation. Siobhan holds an MPA in Sustainability Management from the Presidio Graduate School and a BA from Columbia University.
