Robert Stupka serves as Head of Climate Action Implementation for North America, supporting the delivery of C40’s technical assistance in Canada and the United States.
He joined C40 in 2022 and is based on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. Robert is a professional engineer with over 15 years of experience working with municipal governments, public utilities, and private sector partners on the integrated delivery of sustainable transportation and energy solutions. From this experience, he brings direct insight into the technical and political challenges and opportunities of implementing climate solutions.
Robert holds a Master of Civil Engineering degree from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Ottawa.
