Michael joined C40 in 2025 as an IT Projects Technician. He supports the delivery of IT projects, system administration, and continuous improvements to the organisation’s digital infrastructure. His work includes enhancing security systems, maintaining and monitoring IT tools, and helping design and deliver training sessions for staff.

Before joining C40, Michael spent over a decade at Apple in London, where he developed deep expertise in troubleshooting, hardware and software support, and customer-focused technical solutions. His roles included Genius and Business Expert at the flagship Apple Store Regent Street, where he was known for his problem-solving mindset and dedication to excellent service.
