Bianca is the Zero Emission Areas Senior Manager in the Transport team at C40 Cities. In this role, Bianca works with colleagues to deliver C40’s Zero Emission Zones programme and support cities to meet their commitments under the Green and Healthy Streets Accelerator, helping to achieve effective, ambitious and measurable results in decarbonising urban transport.
Before this role, Bianca was Advisor to the Deputy Mayor for Mobility at Milan City Hall, where she coordinated events and stakeholder roundtables, and strengthened opportunities with European cities to ensure peer-to-peer learning.
Previously, she worked with the Politecnico University of Milan, helping cities design participatory processes for their air and climate plans. Bianca graduated in Chemistry from the University of Milan and specialised in Geography at University College London (UCL).
