Eduardo Siqueira serves as C40’s Project Manager for the Zero Emission Bus Rapid-Deployment Accelerator (ZEBRA). In this role, Eduardo supports accelerating the electric bus deployment in Latin American cities by engaging with key stakeholders, facilitating project implementation, and advancing enabling policies and financing mechanisms.

Before joining C40, Eduardo worked at the World Resources Institute (WRI), where he developed urban mobility projects focused on improving the energy efficiency of public transport fleets. He contributed to initiatives in cities across Brazil, Colombia, and Africa. His experience also includes travel demand management and corporate mobility strategies.

Based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Eduardo holds a BSc in Civil Engineering and an MSc in Transport Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. He also completed an academic exchange in Transport Engineering at Politecnico di Milano (Italy) and is pursuing an MBA in Data Science at the University of São Paulo.
