Oliver is the Sector Knowledge Manager for C40’s UCAP CAI Programme, where he supports the transport, energy and buildings and waste teams to provide state-of-the-art technical sectoral support to strengthen the relevance and impact of the climate actions that cities will undertake as part of the UCAP CAI programme.

He has previously served as Project Manager, Sustainable Transport for the C40 Cities Finance Facility (CFF), where he managed the creation and dissemination of knowledge to support sustainable transport deployment in cities. Before C40 Oliver worked as a campaign manager for a political party and continues to work as a SCUBA diving instructor in both Malta and the UK. Oliver holds a Master’s degree in Climate Change from the University of East Anglia during which he worked with local authorities to identify the most appropriate GHG inventories to encourage meaningful emissions reduction and a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology from the University of Manchester.
