Yerim serves as Inclusive Climate Action (ICA) Programme Assistant at C40. In this role, she is supporting the ICA team with programme coordination, monitoring, evaluation and reporting, as well as supporting ICA mainstreaming, communication and research needs across various projects. Prior to this, Yerim was an ICA intern at C40.

Before joining C40, Yerim served as an External Relations Representative at the World Federation of United Nations Associations (WFUNA), supporting their UN environment assembly forum, inter-Korean peace-building projects and managing press relations.

Yerim holds a Master’s degree in Urban Development Planning from the Bartlett Development Planning Unit at the University College London. As a development researcher, Yerim has gained experience in project management, loss and damage and gender mainstreaming through her research projects, including the water adaptation project in Yogyakarta and the Greater London Authority’s new London Plan social impact assessment project.
